Purchase of new, used or reconditioned electric buggies, trams, accessories or related products is subject to confirmed specifications, written quotation, payment terms and availability.

• Product specifications, colours, seating, accessories and availability must be confirmed before order acceptance.
• Used or reconditioned units may vary in condition, mileage, battery condition, wear and cosmetic appearance.
• Any customisation, accessory fitting or special request may require additional cost and lead time.
• An order may require deposit, full payment or written confirmation before processing.

5. Rental Terms

Buggy rental is subject to availability, location, duration, delivery arrangement, collection arrangement, usage conditions and acceptance by GWheel.

• Rental bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation and required payment or deposit, where applicable.
• Rental users must operate the buggy responsibly and only within the agreed site or permitted area.
• The customer may be responsible for loss, damage, misuse, negligence, missing parts or late return during the rental period.
• Delivery, collection, standby support, operator support or additional service may incur separate charges.

6. Service, Repair & Spare Parts

Service, repair and spare parts support may depend on buggy brand, model, condition, parts availability, inspection findings and technical feasibility.

• Initial diagnosis may not identify all faults until inspection or testing is completed.
• Repair costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during inspection or service work.
• Parts availability, lead time and compatibility are subject to confirmation.
• GWheel may decline work where the unit condition, safety risk or parts availability makes the work unsuitable.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, rental agreement, service confirmation or written communication.

• Deposits, booking fees or advance payments may be required before confirmation.
• Payments must be made through approved payment channels provided by GWheel.
• Orders, rentals or services may be delayed, suspended or cancelled if payment is not received on time.
• Any refund, cancellation or rescheduling request is subject to GWheel’s approval and the terms of the confirmed arrangement.

8. Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection arrangements are subject to location, accessibility, vehicle availability, transport arrangements, weather, site conditions and scheduling.

• Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing.
• Additional charges may apply for delivery to distant, restricted, island, remote or special-access locations.
• Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for unloading, loading or service work.
• GWheel may support delivery across Malaysia, including Langkawi, Sabah and Sarawak, subject to project suitability and logistics confirmation.

9. Warranty & Product Condition

Warranty coverage, if applicable, depends on the product type, condition, manufacturer terms, quotation terms and written confirmation from GWheel.

• Warranty does not usually cover misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorised modification, improper charging, water damage or normal wear and tear.
• Used or reconditioned units may have different warranty terms compared with new units.
• Battery performance may vary depending on age, charging habits, load, terrain, usage and maintenance.
• Any warranty claim must be supported with relevant information, inspection and proof of purchase where required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GWheel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed response, product unavailability, rental use, service delay or third-party issues.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any buggy, tram, rental unit, purchased unit or service arrangement is suitable for their site, users, route, terrain, safety procedures and operational requirements.
